It is decided that we will be staying at the Hartford Marriot Hotel Downtown, if we can get the money in and book it by mid June. We have also decided the dates in which we want to money in by, they go as followed:
31 May 2008 - $54.00 due.
16 June 2008 - $106.00 due.
The total per person is $160.00 (totaled out of the 4 nights we will be staying), including hotel tax rates. Remember, we are rooming in quads (4), and no co-ed arrangements. Once we get all the money in, for those who bought the memberships with us; we will book the rooms. If you do not get the money in before that, we cannot book you to a room; you're either on your own or not going. So please be sure to remember these dates and get the money in to us ASAP. Also, if you would prefer to get any money to before the set dates, we will accept. When we buy the memberships, we will be keeping tabs on who has given us payments for the hotel and who hasn't. Just as you will with the membership money, it should be given to one of us three: Melissa, Amanda, or Pat.
